Note

Interesting physio session. Now suggesting 3 sessions of shock therapy as due to the apparent lack of healing there might be some tissue build up around the shins. Have had a free trial so will see how i feel this weekend

British Nights.
Hard to know how to approach it as it was too cold to walk the course. Ran to about 4 then shins felt off, so walked a bit. Then shins started to ease so jogged it back in. Not the most focused race so had some mistakes with routechoice. Still fun tho
