Ha ha! A parkrun to go down in (my) history. I had lots of drink last night and went to the Eagles concert with Mart. We came home at 2pm and up for parkrun in a right state!!
It was in fact so bad that my VO2 went down 1 notch!!!

We came of sharp on a 5m circle at each corner to get Dax to sit back on his hinds. He was very good. The single reins are amazing. We have a new pony!

Good lesson, we concentrated on spiralling down from 20m with walk to canter. Dax clearly struggled a little.
