Middle. Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad race

My main problem during the race was that I let myself get trapped in a positive feedback loop of negative thoughts about how I was doing physically and navigationally which me make more mistakes/be less confident navigationally and so on and so forth.

Pretty good navigationally although there was a bit more hesitation than necessary. Physically it wasn't great, but that was expected

Biking (Spin) 1:21:30 [3] 22.1 mi (3:41 / mi)

DCT (Dartmouth Cycling Team) spin! Probably the hardest part of practice was walking across campus to the gym, as it was a balmy -1°F (-18.5°C) out. That didn't stop us from opening 3 windows tho. Ski practice was canceled cause of the temp so I went to spin, but idk how free I'll be going forward. Great practice tho, first DDiD of the term, and just good vibes in general :)

(A little positive spiel) I love this college so much and I am just continually struck by how fortunate and grateful I am to be here. There is such a sense of broadening opportunities present here and so many chances to go out in nature and try something new, and I love it so much. The people here are amazing (for the most part), I've been enjoying my classes, and I'm just so grateful for the opportunity to be here as it makes me so happy
