Orienteering 1:34:04 [2] 7.2 km (13:04 / km) +125m 12:01 / km

Fun course. It was super flat, with 2.5m contours which a little weird at first. I'm debating going back to PT, though.

The stair-master was broken so I just set the treadmill to the highest incline it had and walked while doing Greg's map exercises

Running 20:00 [3] 2.24 mi (8:56 / mi)

Meant to run for 40min, but my hip wouldn't stop hurting and I didn't want to push it. I have no clue what's going on because I was able to run the whole weekend without much of a problem and I took yesterday off. I'm just really annoyed about the whole situation

Orienteering race 57:32 [4] 6.1 km (9:26 / km) +175m 8:15 / km

So I actually did sort of well today! I slowed myself down and focused on navigating instead of running blindly and managed not to make any major errors. I lost a few seconds in a few spots particularly after messing up my bearing to 4 and had a few questionable route choices, but I was fairly clean overall. Also, I made the JWOC team which I am really happy about and really nervous about.
