A bit of running after a day of sightseeing with mum. Along Calpe beach and up to the big hill until it got too dark to start being not that safe anymore to continue running up the hill.

Tired of being ill, cough and chest is no better, but cannot stay home any longer, thought a run would clear the lungs.

Joined the team for 30’ + 10x ~100m hills. Tough up, chest tight with some coughing. Will see how worse/better I feel tomorrow.
