because its getting warm again have to run in the morning. Went out when it was still 6 degrees and ran 21km before the sun was completely up.
now im exhausted and will probably take a nap around lunch.
Its good to know that I can still travel that distance and a decent speed twice in a week (and to know that I two different routes I can use as I made a wrong turn and got a little lost). Just to be safe though, im not going to run tomorrow.
