I really should be running more. but early morning gym because the sun is too intense. same as last time, but with more core

because its getting warm again have to run in the morning. Went out when it was still 6 degrees and ran 21km before the sun was completely up.
now im exhausted and will probably take a nap around lunch.
Its good to know that I can still travel that distance and a decent speed twice in a week (and to know that I two different routes I can use as I made a wrong turn and got a little lost). Just to be safe though, im not going to run tomorrow.

some how im still not accustomed to getting up so early. And im not convinced doing strength first thing in the morning is particulariliy a good idea
