First intervals in a long time. Went hill bounding with the ski team and did a set of z4 intervals in south canoe up the road. 1x4min, 2x3min, 3x2min, 1x1min on various and inconsistant rest. I miss speed work. surprisingly, the sartorius didn't act up hill bounding like it does when running at speed.
