Steady clip for a very early morning run. I have to go out at around 5am otherwise its too hot

Continuation of strength routine with the addition of some static back exercises.

skiing again. first 30km were done skating in a blistering 1:40. the next 20km classic in the remaining 2:05. slowness caused by poor grip, slow conditions, and general exhaustion.

Went skate skiing at sovereign for the 'spring fling'. conditions were not too fast but good enough that the pace and effort of steady.
