early morning road run before doing some strength. wasn't planning on being fast due to blisters that formed on the last run, but it was cold and the blisters appeared to have healed over.
went for a skate ski at larch hills in the morning and had to contend with the rain/sleet/freezing rain/sunshine/blizzard. things were interesting (and slow) to say the least

My labs are done and the weather was nice. ran up the hill to plan OART with david then on for a run on road and walking paths at a decent clip. good progression into running season.
light early morning run to keep transferring running fitness. very light and very easy in the campus walking trails. looking for control locations for OART.
way to lazy to write the whole week of nationals out. involved a team sprint, a 10km ind start classic, chasing skate 15km, skate sprint (did not advance), and a 50km mass start classic.
various days spent training between races. way too lazy to write it all out (honestly i forgot it all, just kept a running total). been really bad at updating. theres about 16 hours missing from this log.
