MY FIRST WORKOUT IN 6 MONTHS!!! I'm happy. My knee didn't hurt. It was a really short workout, we did 4 x 200m + once 800m. Splits for 200m: 34, 37,

This was a weird run. I was going to do an easy recovery run but for some reason I felt very good and ended up running really fast!! It felt great although it was raining.
