Lakes Day 1: Swindale South

Not a nice day for it! Ran whole thing in a cag and at a steady plod. Almost clean, minus a 1:30 wobble in the circle at 14 where I knew I was in the right place but wasn't sure whether to go left or right in search of the control. Pretty happy with the result - guess it was the same for everyone!

Ouch.

4x400, 2x200, 2 mins (ish) recovery. Times were slow and it was bloody painful, really need to do more of this kind of work as my body was totally unaccustomed to working at this intensity!
