Woke up and felt surprisingly okay! Had planned to go out with the surf club but they cancelled the trip. Wasn't going to climb because I went yesterday but felt okay so decided to touch base with BUMS at Indy. Got myself an aggregate sheet and warmed up on the familiar ones, then cracked the pink 5a that I've been trying for the last few sessions. Then had a crash course in lead climbing and did a couple of easy routes, but my left bicep was getting quite sore/tired so called it a day after that.

Top-roping at Beacon with Rosie. Climbed the old yellow 6a+ on the columns, plus a tricky little 5b in the chimney. Had a good go at two more 6as but couldn't quite get them. Really good session, enjoyed climbing routes again.

Surfing at Rhosneigr. Quite messy and choppy, didnt catch too much and my wetsuit kept getting stuck to the wax on the board!

First tri club swim session in Caernarfon. Briscoe put together a beast of a set then didnt show up to lead us through it!

Can't believe how much slower I am than when I was training with OUMPA. Oh well, room for improvement!

Its quite difficult doing pressups and planks with a bruised hand and a grazed/bruised elbow...
