OY at Queen Elizabeth park.I was pretty tired so just plodded along at a comfortable pace.

University Relay. I ran 4th leg but didn't have a great run I would have like to have got 14 minutes. My slower time can be attributed to lack of sleep, spending 4 hours checking control sites in the forest, eating lunch only an hour before resulting in a stich, and getting minor cramp in the back of my knee.
