Run on the flats at the bottom of Harmony Hill. Small pack. My legs actually felt pretty solid starting at mile 4 - I was able to move faster then.

Hike on the paved trail at Harmony Hill pushing Evan in the stroller and wearing a heavy pack. Ran into a friend from college and ended up doing the last 4 miles with him.

Chilly ride at Harmony Hill - much colder than yesterday's perfect weather. I felt better than expected, which must mean that the cold is nearly out of my system, but my legs didn't have much pop in them.
