Hard intervals on the trainer, working up from 1 min to 3 mins, lessening rest time. ~5 min warm up and cool down. Super good workout.

Chilly run at Cheslen. Not too muddy - most of the ground was still frozen. Felt only ok. Didn't worry about speed, just focused on moving.
