Soccer in the thickest air I've ever experienced - hard to breathe at times. A bit cooler than recently, very overcast. The light breeze that came through occasionally was divine. Lots of fun.

Ride from home on CVT to Valley Forge and back on roads. Lots of hydration to avoid the humidity. Hit a few lows but recovered well from them. Really happy with how I felt. Got poured on intermittently for the last 30 minutes.

Ride from home to KOP and back on CVT through Valley Forge. Tried to beat the humidity and heat; successful for the most part. Lots of hydration. Felt rather good for the first 2 hours.

Cooler(ish) run at Marsh Creek. Felt pretty good considering. Am I finally acclimatizing to the humidity? No - hit an absolute wall with 5 minutes left.
