Pick up soccer. Low attendance this week, so the distance, effort, and time were less. Tried tracking with my watch. Super humid.

Overcast, humid run at Harmony Hill. Everything was soaked after last night's rain. I felt great for much longer than expected, finally feeling the effects of the humidity ~50 mins in.

Muggy ride from home. So humid - the thick air zapped all of my energy. Seriously considered stopping on some of the hills.

How bad have I been hurt by the humidity? Between Monday morning and the end of this ride I lost 10 pounds.

Run at Harmony Hill. I thought that my legs felt strong during the morning, but once I started running I didn't have much top end. Probably some combination of this past weekend as well as the incredible humidity.

Ride at Harmony Hill with Noah. He is getting even better at riding. This was nice to get my legs moving. The weekend really wiped me out - super sleepy and more sore than I'd like.
