shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4 (blue/yellow)

Trek with some jogging thrown in at Harmony Hill and Paradise Farms. Rather humid. My ribs felt better as time went on (something about getting my body active makes that tender area much better) but my elbow was annoying when jogging.

Easy ride at Harmony Hill. Hot again. Not pushing myself at all due to the heat and seeing how my body felt. Arm was fine, but my ribs were a bit sore.

Very promising ride on the CVT from Exton to KOP and back. Hot, but I rode very much within myself and managed the heat well. My ribs felt great, and my arm wasn't really a bother. We will see how I feel in the morning - today was not great. Seems that the pain is significantly less once I get the blood moving to my body.

Hike with Rebekah around Harmony Hill.

My shoulder seems to be mostly recovered, but I woke up with a very stiff elbow and a very sore ribcage. I visited the urgent care - they confirmed that nothing was broken. Movement helps keep things loose, hoping to feel better in the morning after more icing.

The worst run of my life during rest time at camp. Stomach shaking with food, mouth parched with dehydration, legs still sore after soccer, elbow still a nuisance.

Still, that was nothing compared to what I did to myself only an hour later on the slip n slide. Full wipeout, numb arm, sharp pain in the ribs.
