Mountain Bike 1:42:37 [4] 12.65 mi (8:07 / mi)

Ride at Harmony Hill, Nature Center and Sawmill Rd with Kevin. Showed him some new trails. Weather was great, but the rocks and roots were terribly slick, making for a good bit of on/off the bike. Tried a few big pushes on the hills. I recovered well after each one until the very end, when my legs announced that they'd had enough of that pace.

Wet, cool run at Harmony Hill and Paradise Farms. Went strong, felt pretty good throughout, needing only short rest periods to keep pushing. No intention on hills, but still went 1000'+. Trails were a bit wetter and mucky than expected, but the footing was decent enough and it never really rained significantly during the run.
