After bike intervals I was hesitant for the intervals that I had planned. Ended up with a workout that got steeper and higher resistance as I went.

Cold, snowy run at Harmony Hill. Slushy snow fell for most of the run, making for slow moving. Footing wasn't slippery, but I was tentative regardless. First long run in quite some time, felt very good throughout.
