Sorted our players out to guest for CB than ran past Dalwhinney (the Koch grow farm I worked on during the pandemic). The ponds look great, but no progress on the polo field. Lovely morning. Felt ok.
Beat CB. Lost to Ridgway. Very positive. On another day Ridgway could have been spanked.
More craziness. Had to ask a random parent to leave our bench. "But why?' he asked. "Cos Imagine if the other 14 kid's parents wanted to sit here? How would that work?"......He left. Then had to pull a 13 year old girl off the field for telling a spectator to F**k OFF! Seriously, what's happening. At least the parent understood my position.
Anyways, tomorrow is the biggie. Mags v Gooners. Bring it.

LSD from the house up Penelope towards Deep Creek and Iron Mtn. Started to post hole so turned back. Bit chilly for a T-Shirt. Watch said take a Rest, but got games all day in Ridgway tomorrow, so I'll take it tomorrow.

Easy with 10x Strides in Fall Creek. Went straight after a huge snow squall. Temps and weather were lovely. Feeling a tad crummy, but the cold hasn't developed into anything horrible. Knees ached this morning.

3x7mins down the San Miguel. Nowhere near Threshold, but this was tough. The first 7mins was uphill and torture.
NB. Purgatory is open for another two weeks, at least. Yep, we've had that much snow. Me and the bairns were discussing the snow pack tonight. We all think it'll still be here for Thanksgiving. (Ingram Basin is the bet).
NNB. It's funny how pop culture works....it takes somebody's death to appreciate them. Nirvana, Manic Street Preachers, Jimmy Saville......mmmm, maybes the latter doesn't work. But BBC1 aired a 2014 Hardtalk with Jerry Springer last night. I've been thinking about it all day. What a lad. A proper upstanding individual. Wish I'd recognised this a week ago. I think from now on, anything in the Cincinnati area I'm going to. Respect. (I don't think this is "getting with the kids").

Bouldering 20:00 [3]

Walked to Illium Boulders and struggled for 20 mins while the car got an oil change. Can't even do one pull up!! Shoulder was painful.
NB. Brake job is going to be very painful in June.
