Rest was varying but invariably too large. Between the 600s was 90 though - very respectable.
Took the mile super chill just as a hamstring tester. Promised 5:00, delivered 4:59. Lovely. Felt all good so ploughed on with all the 600s being somewhere around 1:40 - pleased with that.
Was instructed to go hard on the last 400 so went through in 58.7, may be a PB over that distance lol.
Overall, great to be back and a good sesh. Happy days.

Some Trumpington-based O with James. He had planned some outrageously barrier-heavy courses which I very much appreciated. Two separate efforts - quite a lot of hesitancy in there and buffers weren't great but to be expected after no sprint for a while. Shame that I really needed the loo cos that kinda ruined the running part - ah well. Hamstring is all clear - roll on Saturday.

Back. Physio said all the things I hoped he would, just a case of tendon getting a bit angry with increased mileage. Lesson learnt. Easy runs for a few days then maybe back to tentative sessioning on Saturday.
