A pretty gentle sesh to ease back in after a long long time away from the track. Had some mega doms from gym so was a bit sluggish on the first 800. Really found a groove on the 300s though - banging out 50s and then progressing down - nice stuff. Put in an honest effort on the 800 and got a nice 2:13 - legs clearly still able to turn over! Good group, good sesh. Job done.

Easy mooch up to baitsbite. Saw my least favourite tops off rowing running man again but didn’t let this ruin my day. Lots of comedy rowing going on. If you can’t go in a straight line after 7 months then what exactly are you playing at.

2 sprinterval courses with some lovely artificial barriers slapped on by James. Such a good area and always being kept on my toes. Overall nav and flow was decent. Setting off either +/-15secs which kept things spicy.

Reversed the order for the third. Distances are slightly longer than written but this is the gist. Big group out and felt like I was working hard but always in control.
Had a nice little mental battle to plough on and do the final rep on my own, but very pleased that I did.
