Mini-Toft SLR. The wind was a bit grim but many different folk to chat with which was appreciated. Nice to run on some paths which I have been on a while. Feeling rested after this week, which is good, cos things are about to get busy.

Decided to join in with vidhi's ab workout. Was informed by the youtube lady that I would have 'super hot crop-top abs' by the end of the workout. Obviously, the only reason I exercise is to achieve such aesthetic ideals, so I was disappointed to learn that this was not the case. 2 stars, misleading.

West Cam course 1 - planned by Grace with some barriers so was a really good exercise. Overall pleased with this - flowing well and building a nice buffer. Always trying to keep a lid on things. Did end up shin deep in a bog at one point but that's a story for another day.
