Lode SLR with Blacker. Just the two of us for the whole time which was very pleasant. Excellent chat and lovely weather, even if it was a bit chilly. Some rowing 'races' happening on the way back - imagine a running race but it's a time trial and everyone somehow still manages to crash into each other.

Pretty big and speedy sesh today. A looooong first rep but Ewan hit the front at 2k and locked into a great pace. 2nd rep was led by me but had Dan beside me to keep it honest and the pace was progressing.
Felt decent so decided to give a high level of beans on the final rep - went through the mile in 4:40 which was pretty nice - Dan pushing me all the way. Good sesh overall, even if it was tarmac.
Paces were 3:16, 3:10, 2:55

Out to the hill with Henry for 4 laps + 1 hill at a solid pace. Averaged 3:40s and picked it up very slightly for the last lap. Just one of those days where you're working really welll with someone and feel quite locked in to the pace.

An absolute Phil O'Dell classic where we were instructed to just mince the first mile and then hang on for the second. Strangely enough, this was pretty brutal. But there was a great group of guys all mixing it so the motivation was definitely there which helped.
Paces were preposterously satisfying: 3:07s, 3:10s, 3:07s, 3:10s, 3:07s
