Little snipe of the 2 munros next to creag megaidh en route to Skye. Big hike up the first one and the weather was a wee bit grim on the top. Had to do some actual nav to get down to the col which went very well.
Super easy up the second one (potentially Scotland’s smallest munro?) and then one of the cushtiest descents I’ve done in a long time. From summit to car in 33 minutes - easy days

Wee gem of a pentlands run from swanston with Grace on a lovely day. Enjoyable route and felt like I was barely getting started when we got back. Must have seen about 100 students at the top of allermuir - the hillwalking club is in vogue!

Sprintervals at Livingston.
Brilliant fun with a great group. Got properly caught out on the first course but screwed the head on. Took a comedy wipe out on the second before messing up the last one (not entirely my fault tbf).
But overall it was fantastic - great to be navving at high speed amongst others, was making sensible decisions for the most part and felt like I could keep with the pace whenever it picked up. Thumbs up all round and cheers to Pete I believe for planning and Chris for organising
