Gorgeous rocky techy terrain to start with which I nailed. Then some beaut slopeO. Had my only major time loss faffing through some green that could’ve been avoided. Was navving well throughout just need to be a bit more clinical coming into the circle when it’s technical.
Forest was lovely throughout and really really enjoyed it. Top notch stuff. Took a 5 min L to guilhem elias but he mispunched lol.

OO cup model - first proper event!
Nav was terrible in places but still had a great time - just loved being in the terrain. Made one howler and rest were just scraps. Forest was mostly nice but had pretty poor vis throughout. Fair to say there was a lot of learning generated but that is what I was expecting.
Got to catch the tour de l’ain afterwards which was just next to the arena. Not everyday you get to see the last 3 winners of the TDF cycling shoulder to shoulder!

Great run with James and grace in Hotonnes. Started late but it was still 29 degrees which was an oof. First 3.5k was just relentless steep grindy climb up a track but so worth it for the 6k descent through beaut forest and with some insane views of the alps. Top notch stuff

Wanted something a bit quicker so was quite pleased with this. 2nd and 5th weren’t amazing but pleased with the others. Shoes felt nice and the ground wasn’t too wet considering
