XC at the meadows. The first XC race I've done which has been exclusively on tarmac! Still, made more interesting by plentiful people dodging. Under 10 secs off Cammy who just got second at nationals so not bad

Hmm. Noticed a pain in lower front left leg last night and could feel it at a 1-2/10 throughout the run. Different area to all previous shin issues so not sure what is this is about. Will ice tonight. Phys testing was meant to be tomorrow but has been postponed cos of strikes! Probs will be doing it on Friday but am going to keep an eye on this thing...
