6 x 600 on 3:30 - stationary recovery.
Quite toasty out but felt really good for this managed to stay under 3:00s for 5/6 reps which I’m pleased with. Bit lonely and swallowed 3 flies whilst doing it but had some banging tunes in so it was ok.
Also finished the last rep with avicii again - guardian angel or something.

Started off feeling sad when I remembered that I’d drank all the choccie milk at home but then remembered that cos I have my phone I could use Apple Pay.
Weighed up the pros and cons of diverting to Tesco’s to get choccie milk in about 0.06 seconds before, well, diverting to Tesco’s to get choccie milk. Had a scare tho when my sweaty phone and sweaty fingers were doing their upmost to stop apple pay working but I tapped into my inner bear grylls to adapt improvise overcome and wipe my phone. What a cunning plan.
Anyway, we got the prize and this was indeed a joyous adventure.

20 mins continuous solo hills. Was grim as usual but pretty pleased with it and made sure to summon the full power of Avicii to power me up the last rep, which was my best by a long way


Also don't know why the garmin gives a total climb of +99m- going off the orienteering map it's 40m vertically from where I start to the top which would therefore be +280m. hmmmm

British relays - 2nd

Really good runs from Jamie and James set me off on my own in 2nd with a big gap infront to wcoc. Was good until #9 where I binned a lot of time being on the wrong path. Messed up the easy bit at the end as well lol oh well did the job for the team to get the 3/3 2nd places for the weekend.
