With mum and her friend round Abercorn- kept it easy but gassed the last 5km for a bit of a burn-up.

Braco- destroyed my vj’s cos I wasn’t aware of tarmac.
Worked out that my compass problems can be fixed by actually stopping and taking a bearing not just running off in what I think is the right direction

15x (1min on 1min off)- active jog recoveries.
Round the leisure centre so not too dull. Felt good and pushed a decent pace. A nice mental session as well
