Easy around the loch, up Avon gorge and back home along canal. Very cold and in the dark as well made this interesting. Saw a badger and mum and dad also

WU Short course, Routechoice course and course at end as staggered start.
Navigation was good- just taking it easy and nailing the controls. This weekend has definitely highlighted the need for more hill running- both up and down (although mainly up) need some work

Long course 5.6km

Carnage at the start with butterfly loops in a tiny area, formed a train with Lewis T and Will Rigg which stayed for the rest of the course, with the lead between us interchanging a lot. Fun running around the roman fort area, which was quite technical.
Pretty spent by the end but a great session

Blue 7km
Absolute treat to be running on this area again, even if it was a bit wetter than in May. Great course planned by Louis with a beast of a long leg- 2 viable routes so not sure if my one was better. One parallel error lost about 2 minutes and lost my shoe for about 1 minute in a marsh near the end- oh well.
Again well done to Louis for an awesome course

Pretty decent- not nearly as fast as Scottish Schools but quite slippery and a few tight turns. Unintentionally dropped the pace for the second Km which cost me a bit but overall OK
