Took the day off yesterday. Felt absolute terrible with swallowing and headaches. Also had no sleep from Sunday- Monday with too much caffeine from pills. Had a good sleep last night so going to school today. Skipping swimming but maybe doing PE if I don’t feel like throwing up. Also the swallowing has made me skip meals a bit so need to put some weight on. Onwards and upwards.

Another terrible nights sleep with headache/ phlegm and a very sore throat when swallowing. Majorly pissed off right now but Scotland did beat England so I guess I should be grateful

Having big problems with near constant headache. Every time I swallow my ears seem to internally explode as well. Particularly bad at night so getting very little sleep and therefore feeling very tired atm. Hopefully we’re near the end of it cos I’m fed up of not running

Culbin 3rd leg relay simulation.
Beaut day and area made this class. Set off with Angus, just cruising whilst chopping and changing with different gaffles. Got caught halfway by Pete B, David and Chaps, pacing it, so decided to stick with them after that. Only 1 mistake (overshoot on compass) which is pleasing cos it was fast

Bit of a tempo up Avon gorge. Did first 3km in 11.38 before taking it easy up the actual gorge as there was a good 1.5 inches of snow there. Then did 5-7km in 7.39 before Easy Home. Good to get the legs turning over again

That fall on my run was a pretty hefty going over the ankle. Feels a bit dodge today so I'm not gonna risk it to develop into something and scrap my planned run and do X trainer instead. Should be alright by tomorrow.

Had a filthy headwind for reps 1,3 and 5 so was pleased with times around the 3:28mins/km mark. Only got attacked by one dog as well which is pretty good going.
