Orienteering race 1:23:34 [4] 9.2 km (9:05 / km) +330m 7:42 / km

Things I did well:
- Constant contact with the map
- Put effort into taking precise bearings

The slippery conditions made for slower running. However, this allowed my shoes to conform to my feet. I reagitated my hip flexer racing on Wednesday, and it protested the entire course. Took a poor bearing out of 7 which made for a costly mistake. Picked up speed on the last 5 controls, and built a lot of confidence.

Running race 4:49 [5]

Poor planning, miscommunication, and personal irresponsibility resulted in all of 2 minutes to warm up for my 1000m race. Ran a solid 2:09 800m but the cold and lack of warm-up caught up to me on the last 200m.
