My training plan assignment was to do an easy five miles. I should have gone yesterday when the weather was PERFECT, but I spent all day on "fun" things like house-cleaning and finishing my taxes... Then I woke up today to sustained, freezing-cold wind. Ugh.
By 5pm, the wind had died down and it was up to about 55°. I had the right amount of layers, and this run (at Hidden Mesa) was very pleasant. I jogged five miles (1:03:27) and then walked a quarter-mile.
