mweh, felt like shit today, run like shit. something was wrong, felt the speed is low on first part already, but kept it pretty clean, in he middle just started to feel sick, had to stop few times to not to throw up :( still kept up solid orienteering (oh well, this was more like a cross country with little orienteering parts). towards the end my brain stopped working, did few bad mistakes, but at the time i just wanted to finish the course, did not care for the result. do not really remember if had something like this physically before, bad race.

WMOC middle final

ok, another cross country run, only this time pushed myself a bit further, the small rain in the beginning helped it definitely. some small mistakes on the way and then one 90sec to 16. altogether collected 3min mistakes. if a clean run at this speed, top20 would be possible. ended up 31 (from 56 final runners), not too bad after all

wow, no parking ticket sale at the wmoc entry nor online, so basically if you did not run sprints and did not visit event center before today you have to run 4km to get the bib and another 1km back to start, a little faster of course than your intended warm-up speed :D
12 PM

orienteering race (WMOC) 59:35 [5] ** 10.38 km (5:44 / km) +25m 5:40 / km

WMOC middle quali

another surprise for someone who rarely reads all the info - middle quali - 9,7km. after 5km warm-up :D

Took it easy not to mess up. Apparently took it too easy and almost did not qualify :D The terrains itself is just so not-challenging, wouldn't be a bad thing not to qualify and do some work instead of cross country running :D oh, well, still was not sure if would run the finals till the next morning
1 PM

running warm up/down 22:58 [3] 3.57 km (6:26 / km)
shoes: NVii Forest 1

longest warm-down ever :D

Magnets - Urga

Got a window in my superschedule, went to forest despite stiff neck. I mean this is terrible neck, no head turning, really bad.

However the pain almost went away while running. Did some small mistakes, mostly directional. Damn, can't get used to the new silva compass.
