Was feeling good for the first 7k then heat started to get to us and bonked a bit.
Caught Adam Methven at 5 and could never get fully away from him and then he managed to get ahead when I took a shit route to 10. Saw him at 11 then didn't until 17 when I caught him again.
All in all not a bad run just not running fast enough as usual.
