Tim Watkins Trophy - C — 11.3km 445m - 134:29

Mass start, #1 headed up the path leading the pack with Joe and Ben, saw the other control and kept on going to mine. #2 Got distracted by the rest of them, so ended up at the wrong control, couldn't relocate so spent about 5mins messing around till I found the control. #3 Tried to make up as much time as possible so almost sprinted to the crossing point, came up the hill before the wall so had to run back down through the crossing point and back up again straight line near enough back down to the track the went round into 3. #4 went straight there but headed towards the wrong wall so turned back. #5 Went straight round the path, as the hill would have taken too long. #6 just headed to the wall then along. #7 Bearing #8 headed down the reentrant while following some other runners. #9 to the wall then along. #10 straight, just a bit slow. # 11 Round the track till the 3rd junction then followed that path round then throun=gh to the crags, then over the hill. #12 Had enough of going round so went straight, got to the path then stood around for a couple of minutes because I couldn't see the path and hadn't the foggiest where I was because it didn't make sense. #13 along to the larger path then at the thicket came off headed along. #14 Ran till the bend and then compass to the control. #15 ran until I hit the wall then carried along, followed the path down, headed over into the control. #16 To high and hit 21. #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, all straight except a bit of a banana to 18.

Very fun course involving darts. No real mistakes. One very good leg, about 10s behind Louis and Ben G, took a different route choice and ended ~5s ahead
