Orienteering race (Red - 7.5 KM) 2:02:48 [5] 7.5 km (16:22 / km)
shoes: Speed cross 3

Honestly a brutal course, so many thornes. Got a tad lost at points 3,5, and 6 but otherwise than that it went fine. It was my first red so although the time was slow I know I will improve. Besides those three points, other reasons I was slow include the mass amount of thorns, and my stomach was killing me the second half of the race.

Orienteering (Time Trail ) 15:17 [4] 2.24 mi (6:49 / mi)
shoes: Speed cross 3

2 and a quarter mile time trial. Grant Turnaround to Buffalo soldier field, then went up to Michie and the down to the Beat Navy house. Then went to Mac and across diagonal walk to Ike. Good little run and I passed up John and Jesson at the end. Burned 284 Cals. Had some climb in there but don't know how much (75M?)

Not included in time but did about 10 mins of abs, which is nice saying I need to keep this pack for spring break ;)

Individual Training (Boxing ) 15:00 [2]

Did some drills just to keep the heart rate up and sweat a little bit, nothing too serious. Last fight on Monday.

Orienteering (Harriman Course ) 40:00 [3]
shoes: Speed cross 3

Did a course through Harriman. It was probably middle distance, with a level at a green. I had no trouble finding points but was still feeling a little bit down from my stomach ailment so I took it a tad slow. I took advantage however of the slow speed and looked more at my map, finding alternative routes which helped cut out unnecessary distance.

Individual Training (Boxing bout #2 ) 10:00 [3]

Graded Boxing Bout number 2. I won this one as well and felt very good. The guy I was fighting was better and he kept me on my toes but I landed a few nice power punches which startled him and kept him back.

Orienteering (Sprint Course Around Post) 40:00 [3]
shoes: Speed cross 3

Quick sprint course around post. We were given a map which had most of the terrain whited out with the exception of the straight line route to the next point. This obviously caused some confusion. I got slightly lost at point two which was one road higher than I believed it to be. Also point 7 was not placed, which I did not realize. I looked around for about 5 five minutes and couldn't find it because it wasn't there. Besides those two hickups today went well.

Orienteering long (Long Run with Gino ) 1:02:58 [3] 8.12 mi (7:45 / mi)
shoes: Speed cross 3

1030 Cals, possibly 150-200 m in climb. Great run with Gino! Very Very pretty and not too cold once we got running. Did the Lee gate and beyond run, running about 4.1 miles out then turning back. There is a point about halfway where we stopped and just looked around. Amazing mountains all around us, the beautiful Hudson and Newport in the distance. Clear day and quite the relaxing run I needed to procrastinate my history paper further. 10/10 will continue this run.
