Did a fairly slow 6 mile ruck with my company, had about 25-30 pounds in the ruck

Walked the last three of my hours. Walked 12,437 steps. Counted them myself. Not doing hours again.

Another bodyweight workout, worked push ups and abs

Did a short bodyweight workout in my room, worked different push up muscle groups and some ab workouts. Did 40 wide, 40 middle, and 20 tricep push ups. Also did 100 crunches and 60 Russian twists (each side).

Worked out with the Army world class athletes as part of the TSET program. Practiced some running warm ups, refocusing techniques, a bodyweight workout with wrestling, and boxing. The boxing was very tough, and I look forward to starting the class.

Orange Course race (Sprint Course) 12:04 [5] 2.2 km (5:29 / km)

Sprint course through Dartmouth, went extremely well. It was a lot of fun. One thing I need to work on is planning ahead. At each point I spent in between 5 and 15 seconds finding and planning how to get just to the next point, and then sprinting there. One thing I could do is plan my next point, then running there while looking at the map and plan the next point.
