race at ANU.
technically my best run but still speed was lacking. Better then the other days but my calves are killing me from the running training on saturday.

sprint map memory around radford. Had some good runs and some bad ones but overall happy. Needs a little more work on reading the map quickly and knowing exactly what to focus on.

sprint race at war memorial. Was not prepared for a bush sprint and I had other shoes but my adidas flats. they were shocking. Overshot 8 thinking it was 9 and was just generally lethargic by the end of the course with nothing left to push.

3km time trial at the AIS with the other girls.

Hmm im not too disappointed with this but there is a lot of work to be done.

Felt really springy to start off with but died at around 4 laps.
Back was going crazy with nerve pain too.

relay intervals at the park in canberra where floriade is.
This was super painful after the time trial and the running training.
Made some pretty stupid mistakes and was just in general not with it.

race at CSIRO, i dont actually know the time for this but there was absolutely no speed and felt very sore.

Run in Belair with the group to start off with and then I went off by myself and did 6 hill reps. Lots of kangaroos. Being in placement makes me tired.

Run to simon netball game. Was suppose to do terrain run but my ankle is still a bit weak. So just did a quick run

Interval session at morialta. Did it on the bitumen as my ankle is a bit wobbly still. Did 3x1km with 3min rest.

Warm down after intervals with liv, Jenny and Simon. Ran on the flat to first falls and back.
