Much faster then I expected to run and felt pretty good throughout. Still don’t feel like I hit race mentality but we getting back into. This was a good reminder to train as well. Had been feeling pretty low motivation the last couple weeks, but between this and not making Boston think the motivation is back. Now just time to grind.

Not great, not terrible. Fell asleep on one control and missed a turn resulting in a 3 minute or so mistake, rest just kind of slow. Didn’t think I had an awful race but Andrew and Isak crushed me so probably could of pushed more but also hats off to them for good races.
