Maroc training, simplification exercises. 2 courses, 1 normal 1 contours only, and then control collecting. Blister was well sore by the end, need a few days off for it to heal me thinks

Scolty (but not up). Basically just dodging all the storm damage, so could barely run on a path for longer than 10 second without having to venture into the terrain and try and find the path again. Blister was completely raw by the end, Hokas and terrain don't mix
