Post snowboard day at the lecht - proper scottish ski conditions…plenty heather patches and mud.

Overloaded a bit too much on the squats, felt fine doing them but got instant crampy doms in my quads

Big push up the landy track up the side of Culblean from redburn onto the plateau and down the single track into cambus along side Crannach hill. Lots of snow at the top which made the downhill even more fun!

Balmedie DNC short. My map contact was non existent, still feel very random and out of control orienteering because i’ve hardly done any at all recently. Don’t feel i have a process for each control. Legs were feeling strong and fast though, even in the sand pits.
