Gym with Ben. Body weight deadlifts and some barbell squats plus some upper body and lots of chatting. Didn’t bother with a WU as I was already pretty warm from the cycle in.

Head torch jog with Kirst. Past the farm into GoD, through the vil and back home along the river. Got some hefty blisters today from wearing shitty old socks/lots of puddles.
Lots of improvements from last time so pretty happy. Got a stitch half way through which was weird but doubt it had any effect. Very bruised finger now
Good bit of stretching/rolling plus some foot and ankle loosening/spikey ball as my ankles felt really cracky and tight after Crathes last night for some reason. Feet are achy too, probably from all the running with dobs on the paths.
