Blue course Callander Crags CSC heats. Took it easy, walking hills and keeping an eye on my HR (very high). Breathing been all over the place since covid, feel very tight chested and out of breath even just doing the hoovering and going up stairs! Haven’t done anything since bucs, been on a few cycles just getting places and not feeling great. Taking it easy for the next few weeks for sure

Feeling pretty horrendous, so far not covid but will keep testing. Really stuffy head, sore throat and runny nose and maybe a bit of a fever yesterday. Started feeling like this on monday so definitely rundown from the weekend, felt on the edge of illness last week and the weekend has made it worse. Probably going to stay in bed all day to sleep this off and keep resting till i start to feel better, cant think of doing any training atm.
