a more C than S s&c session, new rehab from james and mostly just stretching and mobility.

Post running assessment with james, very useful. Points taken were to shorten stride with higher cadence and try 'trampoline' the floor with my foot strike, increase knee drive/heel to bum, stay tall. Running like this made me mid foot strike rather than heel strike and also decrease impact on knee. Will include intervals of this in my runs.

Knockburn with Jenny. Where’s the sun gone?! Stil just wore my swimsuit and it was fine, but got cold afterwards. 1 easy lap, 1 lap with 2‘ on 1‘ off, and then a wd baby lap. Feeling very sluggish today, breathing was a bit all over the place.

Across Pennan bay and back with Caitlin, quite choppy so hard work. A lot of jelly fish so got quite panicky at points and stopped lots to check where they were, out for much longer that 30 mins for sure but spent a lot of time floating about dodging seaweed and the jellies. Much fun and lovely and sunny.
