Cycling 20:00 [2] 5.14 km (3:53 / km)

road cycle to glen o dee - tempo/threshold

Orienteering 1:10:00 [2] 6.0 km (11:40 / km)

glen o dee - fun course, working on pink line bearings (apart from legs where straight was not an option). Most controls within 10-20 metres but could see most of them within a far distance. C7 (up in north west area by brathens road) approaching small quary depression thing with control in blind from above, covered by veg- perfect bearing , came through veg looking straight down at control. walking obviously makes it easier but same skill can be applied and considered when back running. confidence boost

Cycling 20:00 [2] 3.54 km (5:39 / km)

slow cycle along side kirsty (running) through inchmarlo estate - good power up hill though
