Note

Having really bad sleeps the last week, cant get to sleep and when i do its a really light sleep and i wake up about a billion times. Even if i get 8h+ (which is usually ideal) i feel crappy when i wake up and tired the whole day. Dunno what it is but it’s really messing up my sleep schedule and surely not helping with my knee healing :(

Swelling in knee still quite bad, using the game-ready machine at the physio as many times a day as i can. Cant start XT till the swelling has totally gone tracy says, hopefully next week.

Note

Feeling a lot better since starting the antibiotics. HR was still higher than usual at cambus and still getting tickly throats every so often bringing on the odd coughing fits (not so great in lectures!). Feel throat infection has pretty much gone though. Got about a week of the tablets left so still going to take this week easy and let the antibiotics do their thing. Looking forward to some night o on wednesday!

Still feel as rubbish as I did on Monday. Think I’ve got another eye infection too which isn’t helping.

Update: on antibiotics now and don't know if its placebo but already feeling better.

not been feeling good at all since sunday, really sore dry throat and difficult/sore to swallow, coughing lots. Headache. Possible laryngitis? Drinking lots of water and getting lots of sleep but still feel constantly tired. going to take another day off today.
