Knee has responded well to some of the harder hill days i have been doing recently so will be starting to introduce some more intensity into my training. Fartlek on the seat & kf with luke. Warm up to the roundabout and then cruised to the bottom of mfd at ~4:45s which felt easy. 1* hard 1* walk up mfd. Had the first of a few quite long rests at the top, luke was feeling a bit shit and it was sunny so might as well. Effort up the seat and then more small efforts on whinny. Down to kf and did 3 longer flat reps, just random distances.
