Knock hill. Didn’t want to make it up to 30 minutes as was much higher intensity than normal. Knee feeling good and stable after morning s&c. Achy for first 2 minutes but then pretty much gone. My aim was just to keep running the whole way up and not walk, happy i managed to but was a huge grind. Being confident but careful on the down hill, feel i just had to go for it rather than trying to brace to much and tensing up.
